Dear aberlioness, your title of this vid is demeaning to the kayaker. He corrected immediately and gave it a go in the first place - from a height, too.
@GardensOfStone The title is done with a sense of irony, there's no intention to demean or insult the guy. It just so happens that the guy in the red kayak did it perfectly (as shown on another of my vids) whilst this guy wasn't as adept. The reaction to this drop was of shocked amusement (because it couldn't have been comfortable to face plant at that height), and that quite frankly it is a daft enterprise deliberately falling into a harbour from a height.
looks like a standard seal launch to me. you cant go from that high and expect to come out right side up.
