  • i really love your videos, not only they are educational, but you are also fun

  • Hey can I get the brush details? My photoshop is not mimmicking the same effect

  • I`m kinda dying to find out how does he make it so that he can draw only on top of the black silhouettes without affecting everything else.. is it a mask? cuz if you select it with a wand the selection should still appear while you work but it does not... i hope someone know the answer. I bet its a simple thing but i cant figure it out...

  • @Daannyy9 yes, it is a mask. just make a new layer above the silhouette or whaterver and create a new layer ABOVE the other layer on the layer panel, right-click on on layer (the one above) and press "create clipping mask". hope this comment helps :)

  • i know this video is old but if i were you i wouldnt give them eyeballs... they look bad with eyeballs

  • Hi thanks for uploading the video, is very useful.

i have a question here, when we start to create a character at the very first stage, do we start the silhouette with or without reference?

  • thanks feng: your videos made me forget the food in the oven XD

  • can you make a video about cartoony drawings and what to think about when ur drawing them.

  • There are millions way to make silhouettes this is only his techniques on how to draw them fast. It is all about practise.

  • 6:13 did you put a gradient on? why did it get lighter then darker?

  • @mfirebird3000 He made a gradient on that character in the beginning of the detailing, it was probably a bit bright, so he lowered the opacity on the gradient layer. When it gets brighter @ 6:13 it's cause he raises the opacity quickly, and then down again. Nothing important I think, maybe some technique he uses, who knows :p

  • Is this all done in the mind? or references to help?

  • The one with the hunky left arm looks like a charger from L4d2

  • seifer, design IS a mix of science, art and other things, while at the same time not being these things XD
