I noticed some major changes in myself @ 30. Very positive changes as far as confidence, sexuality, and such. I find that the older I get the better I feel In my own skin. You have me looking forward to growing over the next 10yrs. I wonder what I'll be like @ 40. Thanx 4 Sharing.
I'm 44.5 and lovin errry min!! The "gettin biz a" part for me has gone south. I attribute that to an awakening of who I really am and not who external forces say I should be. What you u are experiencing is quite normal from where I sit. I refuse to do drama or anybody else's work for them anymore. Even though I'm heavier than I was in my 20s, I am so comfortable with all of me. Still the quiet type but if u push ya might get torched! lol I heard the 50s are even better!

I think it's because we refuse to age like others but age gracefully i love me some me and don't care who know it i look nice and don't look a day of my age. no canes,and ben-gay over here just a whole lot of loving lol. The 40's is the new 20's for some of us i am glad i am one of them so amen sister.

Girl that is too funny I will be 47 next month and my sex drive is off the hook. All I can think about is sex. I cant get enough and I get angry when I cant get it.

I think it's because we refuse to age like others but age gracefully i love me some me and don't care who know it i look nice and don't look a day of my age. no canes,and ben-gay over here just a whole lot of loving lol.
