Even so forth, I need to ask...how is Israel handling the Starlights (i.e., their "gender-swapping" transformations)?

when they're in the human form, everyone refer them as males (including themselves).

and when they're in the sailor senshi form, everyone refer them as females (including themselves).

The Starlights were given a male voice actors, but when they're female, they change their voice to softer/"girlier" voice.

@JrDolce1, sounds interesting. In the United States and Canada, we never got Sailor Stars when the show was dubbed years ago, and several fans unofficially claim that it was due to the Starlights' gender-swapping (when it mostly had to do with licensing issues).

If they didn't do it then probably not.

@wiiplayer9revisited It would be impossible to do that. It's harder than it looks. Thunk about it. They would have to go frame by frame, and match hundreds of little colors where the text was. You can't just edit it out!
