too bad MTD and Sears order their snowblowers from the same chinese manufacturer the engine is a honda clone but better quality than one you would buy from Harbor Freight i think for now I will stick with my 30~50 year old Toro 28" 7hp snowblower it has a crap load of torque and it ALL METAL no cheapy plastic plus it has an even simpler turning system than that fancy electric clutch kit plus IT WAS FREE! from my uncle
@weasel884 sorry you did not understand...a 4ft snowblower is useless when you have to turn in 3ft frozen snow espescially when you have to turn on a 4ft wide sidewalk...I have seen many competitors swearing at their machines in the middle of the night for exactly that reason and many times I'd see them come back with3ft or less wide machines....if i need something wider , I use a bobcat or a diesel truck with plow....
@tscholent alot of people dont have $6000 for a skid steer and truck with a plow.and the reason for the one wheel brake is to give it a 0 degree turning radius.and i used to plow snow with a skidsteer. i hated it because you couldent do alot of areas because it was too big.and for all you know the guy that shot this vid is 15.he sure as hell aint got no $6000!

@tscholent that has the 1 wheel brake system,it can turn by it self at the flick of a switch.its only 30 year old technology.
