@zachsny23 I think you just saying that made me lose some respect for Tarpon Springs. Sure their show was cool, but wasn't like half of it a recording? It had great visuals and effects, don't get me wrong. But I don't believe smoke and mirrors should win shows.

@FlashingBadgerSam actually quite the opposite.If you listen hard enough, the whole thing (except the sound effects) was the band actually playing. Some of it might of been electronic, like the electronic keyboard, synth, and drum set, but other than that the WHOLE band played. Also I'm not trying to say Avon sucked, I'm just stating that their show this year seemed to bore me.

Tarpon Springs, and they have a pneumatic arm that lifts up the girl.

I've talked to one of the band parents about this, and in fact, that parent made the arm.

wow, I would absolutely love to be apart of something like this. I was in a marching band, which wasn't nearly as big as these but still was fun and loooots of hard work, then I moved to a school with no marching band at all. This is phenomenal and I wish the best of luck to every marching band out there. Marching band forever! <3

I actually had the same question about a montage from a prior year. I did some research & I found out the songs were actually written by a production group (specifically videohelper**dot**com). This "tune" is actually a production all its own, since the Videohelper website provides a console for clients to splice together several small jingles into a single song. The jingles are written in such a way to accommodate this.

Couldn't tell you without sifting through the large library of the site I provided (which I don't feel like doing). Even if I did know the title and composer, you probably wouldn't be able to find it anywhere for download because it's so obscure. This stuff isn't high-profile movie music. It's computerized MUZAK that's churned out by unknown composers and stored away in a backwater server until it's licensed for use by certain creative production companies.
