This is a Joe Keenan Frasier...maybe his first? they are the best. Check out Joe Keenan books Putting On The Ritz and Blue Heaven - if there still in print. Very very funny. Ialso like the fact they have the continuity of the correct Station Manager at this stage. The audience really does appreciatte things like that

A lot of shows and movies have tried to create the "perfect" cop, doctor, etc. But the writers of Frasier created a perfect agent.
