  • The device uses mobile rated flash and RAM memory parts. The qualification mobile parts is below the industrial qualification for the processor and reduces the overall system rating. Excellent question.

  • hi, please answer my question. the temperature grade of uC53017-EVM module is listed as -20 to 70 !

    I want to know which component onboard the uC53017-EVM has reduced the temperature grade of the uC53017-EVM from -40 to -20 ? while the freescale coldfire MCU MCF53017 is in industrial grade
