@IPIay Not so much, only the Slayer has a block skill, and even though it still has a quick cooldown, it's still a cooldown, meaning he can't block everything. As for Rangers, they have a ranged blocking skill that only deflects bullets, but the skill has to be used almost at the exact moment the bullet is about to hit your character, so it's pretty useless.

@IPIay Well, Soul Benders, although hard to play as, are better than Monks in a way. All they have to do is spam Ghost Walk and have fun not being able to be hit...

@IPIay Forgot to mention, Monks have a counter, so when they are hit, they negate the attack and strike back, but there are bypasses to it, usually just using a ranged attack for when he does use it, it's also on a long-ish cooldown. It's still very useful.

why this game isn't available in Europe and Middle Asia?

@teo1000t I'm not sure about Europe, but this game is available to South Korea, where is was actually created (and more advanced than the NA version). I guess Nexon doesn't have enough servers or the money to expand to those continents.
