  • i used to drink like 2 cans of pop a day.. and i would get huge tumor like pimples that would result in big red scars that would take months to heal.. havent drank anything but water for a couple months, introduced apples into my diet as well.. and i havent gotten such acne since.

  • @Ian8sg NICE! wohoo! Congrats to you and nice job! I appreciate hearing that... glad to hear you actually tried it too... most people just learn and then keep doing the same junk.

  • Read description, easier than watching a 9 minute video.

  • @KidVlogger317 lol, but then you don't learn why to avoid soda!

  • Drink Gatorade! I had acne extremely bad. I stopped drinking it completely. It was GONE within weeks.

  • @slimshady0297 Gatorade may be better than soda but both won't help you clear up skin... water is the best option!

  • @acneerasingsecrets Unfortunately I don't enjoy drinking water. All of my friends love it but I don't. The only time I'll drink it is outside on a hot day.

  • @slimshady0297 Start getting used to it and make it a positive habit in your life. It's a good thing that will help with your skin.

  • @acneerasingsecrets Thanks. I'll try.

  • mountain dew can dissolve a mouse! also, diet pop is probably the worst! so many people consuming 2 for $5 diet pepsi in huge numbers, it's sick

  • @ItOffishul truth!

  • Soda always fucks up my skin

  • @DynastyRiderez Drink water instead then! stop drinking that junk!

  • @acneerasingsecrets i like natural calm magnesium supplement, a good fizz and taste to have with my water! organic lemon lime flavor

  • I was drinking soda during this video, ugh, im going to get those bottles of water now...

  • @mario5522 That's a better choice for your health & skin! btw, if you can get real purified water from a health food store that's even better than bottled water.

  • I think your answer (yes, said does cause acne) doesn't apply to everyone cuz I know ppl who drink soda more than water yet their skin is flawless!

  • @lovepoison102 I made a video about circumstances like this... junk food & drinks negatively effect the body in different ways. Some people get acne or obese... and some you don't see anything but years down the road they have cancer. A better question is "could this cause acne?" and that answer should tell you whether to consume something or not.

  • @ acneerasingsecrets

Im around 16 now and i started breaking out like crazy i would get small ones bt now that im getting older its gotten worst whats going on?

  • @hirvin23 There is most likely an internal imbalance that is causing the acne breakouts to get worse... I would recommend trying the secret acne cleanse out on my facebook fan page.

  • What is the name of the Facebook fan page.

  • @54LeftTackle search "Acne Erasing Secrets" and you will find it on fb.

  • I need help on getting some tips for getting rid of body acne I have all over my back and my stomach only. I heard it was because I sweat to much when I workout. You can email me at bigmoe72@ymail.com

  • @54LeftTackle I have videos about this, I recommend going to my facebook fan page and getting the secret acne cleanse for free... this will help you get rid of your body acne.

  • opps i found myself drinking a coke during this video, that might be a problem =D

  • oh my! Last year I had terrible acne but i never thought about my diet i would drink soda once a day atleast! :P But now i only drink if im lucky once a week XD and my face is pretty much clear besides my nose and the part under my eyes XD

  • @lanaboo17 Good for you! Keep it up! Now try to have it only once a month! The less you have it the better for you, your health and skin! I haven't had regular soda in years and haven't missed it at all... You start juicing and you get used to healthier things help you be healthier and feel better.

  • @acneerasingsecrets yeah but i usually eat healthy except when i go over my dads :P everyone's so busy that we usually have like tv dinners and soda :P And if i do drink pop i usually drink light ones :D

  • @lanaboo17 You can always have water over soda! and it's still a choice, It's up to you though :)

  • I am gunna sub you.

  • @motocross363 cool :)

  • Oh god no. This video really helped thank you :)! U really know your stuff tho ahah :P

  • Hole hell man r u a doctor ?

  • @motocross363 no, not at all! Definitely not a doctor! lol... I don't get it, you are not insulting me for making this video are you?

  • it has nothing to do with pH there are blood buffering systems in your body, no matter how much low pH sodas you drink your blood pH is still going to remain around about 7.5. Stop reading lies off the internet.

  • @Deecimal Soda effects the PH in your body... all foods do. Acidic one's cause them to be acidic and alkaline one's cause them to be more alkaline (for the most part) except for the alkaline forming foods like lemons and limes etc... PH is different for different organs too. Look it up!

  • @acneerasingsecrets dude trust me you're reading the wrong stuff off the internet, I'm in med school and have done biochem. The pH levels in the blood plasma HAS to be maintained between 7.35 - 7.45, below or above that would either cause acidosis and alkalosis. If you get either of those the last thing you'd worry about is acne. The buffers circulating around your cardiovascular system maintains your pH between the set point range.

  • @Deecimal Yep, and acidosis is a health problem! Look it up! A lot of people have acidosis because their bodies (overall) are too acidic... America is a very acidic country when it come's to diet because of the foods that we eat.

  • @acneerasingsecrets oh now you're just bs-ing mate. You do know how severe acidosis is right? "lots of people have acidosis" i'd certainly hope not, cos thats the quickest way to have renal & kidney failure, in a sense you're saying "lots of people are dead". Where do you grab your sources? a story book you got from a kindergarden? How about you visit a library or something...

  • @Deecimal Honestly, I don't feel like talking to you anymore... I'm sensing that you feel you already know it all because you are in medical school and are not open to learning. You aren't open to hearing what i'm saying and I don't need your negativity so we can just end it here... If you want to look it up great, if not then move on and try to "outsmart" someone else with your "always correct answers" btw, medical schools feed you BS... Look at big pharma funding young-in!

  • @acneerasingsecrets I'm not trying to be a cunt, its just a lot of what you said just comes out of the blue with no sense scientific evidence. Sure soda contributes to acne, but its not the soda part that gives you acne, its the 'not drinking water' part that gives you acne. I looked up a lot of what you said on the internet and they're just from some cheap looking websites thats untrusted. Wheres I have a mountain stack of text books here and the medical library 5 min away. you decide?

  • @Deecimal I understand, I hope you understand that you come across kinda arrogant and jerk-ish though... Honestly, I trust independent research more than the medical text books because there is no intention behind it... just pure science. Not drinking water can cause acne b/c your body can be so dehydrated that the lack of water doesn't bring vitamins, enzymes and minerals to the skin to heal it etc... Also water regulates things which will affect hormone & oil level production etc.

  • @acneerasingsecrets Ok I'd rather pretend to be a jerk than being ignorant like you. Any good independent research rely on concrete resources and proven scientific facts, and many of these come out of text books that are written by people who actually know what they're talking about. Also hahahahah @ "water doesn't bring vitamin" mate H2O <--- does not have any vitamin compounds in it. Its 2 hydrogen atoms bound to a single oxygen. Mate you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about....

  • @Deecimal Water carries nutrients to the cells, and water itself hydrates the cells and helps them stay flexible and flacid. We aren't on the same page, have a nice day! Have fun in med school!

  • @acneerasingsecrets no, plasma fluid in the blood carry nutrient to the cells. You're on the wrong page, have fun being an average undereducated donkey.

  • @Deecimal How many people have you helped?

  • @acneerasingsecrets Basically, so far i've learned that the whole body is connected in some way and you can't count anything out and you have to look at everything objectively with an open-mind and be willing to learn, change and adapt because the whole body is connected to the whole body somehow.

  • Cant u just say yes or no and why!?!? god dam ur videos get boring!!!just saying a straight up answer dude!!

  • hey am African American dark brown skin color i drink water but it tend to bring out the acne on my skin, and also how can i get rid of the dark mark's on my skin leaving it one tone color, because when i was young i listen 2 the wrong ppl who tell me a lot of thing i shouldn't done now my skin is mark by a lot of acne scar, how do i get rid of it without using skin fading cream,

  • @newimprove09 Get a lot of nutrition in your diet through raw organic vegetables and fruits and use natural skin care products... I recommend sangre de drago which is a herb from the amazon rainforest and which I talk about in my "how to get rid of acne scars" video. Hope this helps!

  • I tend to stay away from soda because I was always under the belief that it causes breakouts. I only drink soda when there is no other beverage available, and even then, I add water which I think helps for some reason, I however drink lots of juice, specifically cool-aid, my sister always makes it, and I can't stay away from it. I don't really get acne breakouts in this phase of my life, but I definitely need to drink a lot more water daily to be more healthy as you suggested in the video.

  • @BrentWoodSean38 Make your own kool aid, use stevia and squeeze lemon water into it or lime or something... I have lemon water every once in a while. Drink spring or purified water... It's healthier than tap water! I don't even drink tap water. Watch the video "Drinking water to clear skin" to learn more.

  • Thanks for sharing your advice and information on getting rid of acne and getting clear skin!

If you have any questions about acne or breakouts let me know... I'm sure I can help!

    Thanks!

  • Is your education in medicine or chemistry? It would be good to know on which side your expertise is based. thx.

  • @westislandkev Definitely medicine! I've never really found chemistry to be helpful in healing skin & clearing up acne.... I still learn about both sides but medicine is more important to me because it make's more of a difference and is more beneficial. Hope this helps :)

  • @acneerasingsecrets cool, what is ur medical specialty?

  • @westislandkev I didn't go to med school, I just read books & go to health seminars & conferences... medical school teaches pharmaceutical drugs whereas I talk about natural remedies that are side effect free.

  • @acneerasingsecrets ah ok, thx. I never drink soda, I think that soda and fruit juice contribute to obesity and a myriad of medical issues...just way too much sugar. You talk a lot about the acidity of soda being very bad for the body and acne, so I can't help wonder if you mean to infer that someone with acne should avoid all acid foods and drinks in general, like homemade organic: lemonade, pickles, or acidic fruits like apples, tomatoes, grapefruit or oranges?

  • @westislandkev Great question! There is an important distinction with acidic and alkaline foods and drinks... Things like soda & other acidic foods and drinks are acidic both outside of and inside the body.... whereas things like lime's and lemons are acidic outside of the body and alkaline forming in the body meaning they will in a sense transform to increase your ph and keep your body alkaline. So things like lime's and lemons are great b/c they increase ph whereas soda doesn't...

  • @acneerasingsecrets It's a complex issue advising on diet, so many factors to consider. Many people in North America put so much crap into their bodies; over-processed (plus tons of salt, sugar and oil) fast food and/or frozen prepared meals. If we could all prepare foods at home with minimally processed ingredients and not add more than minimal amounts of salt, sugar and fat, we'd all be so much healthier - throw in some exercise and we would have health utopia.

  • @westislandkev yeah! lol... very true! A health utopia... I like that! health is a subject that goes much deeper than I thought too... I've been learning a lot and just this past year went to a 3 day health conference and learned that it is very personalized too... People's health can be based on a variety of factors from diet, to stress, to emotions... to genetic miasms to toxins in the environment and a whole lot more! it's really crazy... and there are so many methods to heal too!

  • @acneerasingsecrets Agree, what you said is a gem of wisdom, health is very personalized, so many factors....very true. No blanket solutions.

  • @westislandkev Hope that helps & make's sense... i'll probably make another youtube video talking about acidity, alkalinity... ph and all that jazz! Thanks for the question! :)

  • @415gonzo honestly, I recommend just spring or purified water... I have heard that carbonated water can cause the digestive system issues which can relate back to acne... I have never heard that carbonated water is healthier either so I would just stick to regular purified or spring water... no tap water. As far as acne scars go there are a few recommendations... One is to use the skin care companies that I recommend in vids... I'm learning more so will post more videos abt scars too! thanks :)

  • Holy shit this explains everything!! Why I've been running out of breath so quickly while playing sports, why it takes forever for me to heal, why I stopped growing so early (I was 6'1 at age fourteen and never grew another inch), and why I keep getting constant breakouts. Great video man! I've been drinking around 3 to 4 cans of soda per day on average ever since I was fourteen and right now I'm seventeen. My New Years resolution now is to quit drinking soda and drink a lot more water.!

  • @TheScAnNeR10001 lol... Glad you learned something from it! I haven't drank a can of soda in... wow i don't even know! definitely years! It is not healthy at all! Stick to spring or purified water and make sure you drink 50% of your body weight in ounces of water each day. Thanks for the comment!

  • @acneerasingsecrets Thank you very much for all the help!

  • Yes, I recently started to look into meats and the role it's playing on my acne. I'm drinking the carrot, spinach and grapefruit plus apple juice everymorning since I saw that video. Threw out my sodas and I still have acne ;( but on a plus side I lost 6 lbs just doing that ;) I need to wait for payday to get your program. Ugghh in the meantime I'm still showing acne at about 2 or 3 new ones a day

  • @ccmdot There are many different causes of acne, your cause could be stress, hormone or acidity related. Watch the causes of acne video that I made and hopefully you can zone in better... also watch the personalized acne treatment video that I made too so that you can determine what organ your acne is being caused by. Both of those videos will help you find the root cause of the problem better. Let me know if you have any questions when you get the program! Thanks for the comment :)

  • happy new year! can you do a video to tell us what we should eat to remain a clear skin and body? :)

  • Happy New Year David!

  • @sufy1000 Thank you!! :) Happy New Year to you too!

  • Nice to know! Happy New Year! :)

  • You are the best! Wishing you the best in the New Year. You'll have to excuse me now...I gotta go dump my 24 case of diet coke, and find a way for me to kick the habit.

  • @ccmdot Well thankyou! :) LOL! Glad you are dumping the case of diet coke! Diet is actually worse because it contains aspartame so you are doing your body and health a HUGE Favor so nice job! Keep it up rockstar! :)

  • Very well informed. Thanks for the advice & Happy New Year!

  • @BlackPearlGurl Thanks so much! I appreciate the new years wishes! Happy new years to you too! :)

  • Thank you for your help, thank god i stopped drinking soda and been drinking water for a long time and wash my face every single day and night ;) i havent notice any breakouts. But i still have acne scars </3 thats the only problem i have, will you do a video that would help acne scars fade or clear up i guess?!?!?!?!1 btw thanks again

  • @freshv13tboy Glad to hear you stopped drinking soda and are drinking water now! That's really good to hear! Scars is something I will get into more... to be honest I know a lot more about health, nutrition and skincare and scars seem to be a little more difficult but i'm still learning so keep following my channel and fb page!

  • @acneerasingsecrets yeahhh scars are pain in the ass, i think i started to breakout more when i used bio oil, which i didnt know it can cause breakouts but anyway i stopped using them though it can help me with my acne scars, but ohh well

  • @acneerasingsecrets quick question, does eating red meat can cause you acne too?!?!

  • @freshv13tboy yes it can, but it really depends on the quality of the meat and if hormones were injected when it was alive or not. If it is free range organic meat it's ok but if it's not then it was probably injected with growth hormones which means that when you eat it you have a hormonal imbalance because your body doesn't know how to react to the foreign hormones which causes more sebum oil and acne on your skin.... I'll probably make a video about this! thanks for asking it's detailed.

  • @acneerasingsecrets okay then, thank you very much for your help and this video deserve more views like seriously you can learn things from this guy :DD well like again thanks!!!

  • I am so glad I stopped drinking soda AND regular milk - I noticed that I don't get as many bumps as I did when I was drinking them. Thanks for the video and Happy New Year 2011! :)

  • @GabbyFabby1994 So so so glad to hear! It's great to hear that you are doing well with it! I would love to see pictures of b4 and after if you have any! :) Keep up the great work! Thanks for the new years wishes!

  • @acneerasingsecrets

Well I have all these before pictures at my dermatologists, but I think when I clear up all the way I can show you how much difference it made since I stopped drinking that crap! :)

  • So! I do have to say i have a hugh list of things for 2011 and this was one of them, I have given up soda amongst many other and i did start early and believe me its been a struggle because wen you have drunk soda a large majority of your life its different when you stop! Water and Gatorade seem to be my go too's now and its going ok but i hope it will get better as well helping with my acne! thanks for the post loved it.

  • @SoFreshSoClean81 Glad to hear you are doing better! I recommend just water but gatorade is better than water... but if you can get to just water you'll be doing real good :) Nice work! Keep it up, you are benefiting your health now and it will help you live a higher quality of life for years so it's worth it!

  • thanks this helped a lot ! (:

btw i like ur hair. hahah

  • @awsomechic247 Your welcome! & Thank you! My hair is getting longer! I'm growing it out and don't know exactly what to do with it yet :)
