Gunderson's claims regarding the MacDonald case are ridiculous. Stoeckley confessed, un-confessed, and re-confessed again and again. Her confessions are all different, they don't match the evidence and they don't even match MacDonald's own story. She was a paranoid schizophrenic that Gunderson used to drum up publicity for himself.
@williamwagener Most of MacDonald's injuries were caused by Colette while she was trying to defend herself. He added the chest wound (the dimensions of which did not match any of the weapons MacDonald claimed were used against him) to support his cover story. The Army was just wrong; it didn't think there was enough evidence to convict MacDonald and was embarrassed by some of the CID's mistakes in the investigation.
@jksonny How would you or anyone, know what was in the mind of the ARMY hearing officers. did they later say they were embarrassed with the CID's so called "Mistakes"? So you can read minds!
@williamwagener The CID/Army made it clear they were bothered/embarrassed by the mistakes made in the investigation. That's why they closed the Article 32 to the public in the first place. None of that is supposition on my part; it's common knowledge to anyone familiar with the case.
@jksonny How would you or anyone, know what was in the mind of the ARMY hearing officers. did they later say they were embarrassed with the CID's so called "Mistakes"? So you can read minds!
PEOPLE, don't let evidence get in the way of good television.Gunderson the media whore , who's an expert on everything, says the evidence was ignored, but it was actually REJECTED by the court as being false.
well this is so interesting ..i had read fatal vision and thought the doctor did it ,,,but now after hearing this man..i am not so sure...sorry i didnt get to hear this man talk while he was alive..he is making a lot of sense..
@lovetommezz That is why I gave TED Gunderson, a Former AGENT in CHIEF in Dallas, L.A. and several places prior to his retirement in March 1979 TV Air time, when NO ONE ELSE, Especially not the Main Stream Media would. YOUR the REASON. Ted is Dead, but we have preserved his Testimony, because an innocent Dr. MacDonald still rots in Prison for a crime 3 young druggies did, and the Military Drug Smugglers got off scot free. If you and other watch this and care, maybe I'll upload more.
@stackleft Bull shit. MacDonald had NO MOTIVE at all, nor was any even suggested at his trial . AND he also was stabbed and injured, it was ONLY because he kept demanding a REAL investigation that would have indicted drug smuggling cops and a judge, that they framed MacDonald. Doctors do NOT
stab to death their OWN daughters. The top FBI Agent in CHARGE is dead now, but he was RIGHT, and
he had other evidence we never got to discuss on camera. INNOCENT is MacDonald. like M. Jackson.
@williamwagener It doesn't matter if there wasn't a motive. The govt proved that he did, they don't have to prove why. The physical evidence totally contridicted his stpuid story.
Open your eyes, people. This man is so obviously innocent it hurts. What physical evidence? The man lived there his traces are all over the place. Plus he checked on his wife, tried to revive her, probably checked on the girls and obviosly got stained with their blood. the bitch confessed, the prosecutor is a convicted crook who threatened the woman. For christ sake, what motive? for a sane man to kill his two infant daughters u can clearly see he loved them- Have u people considered this? sure.
@antwan37 are you that stupid? helena's story did not match up with the story macdonald told. she said they came into the house and talked with macdoanld before killing everyone. he never mentioned that in his story. plus she said she had sex w/ him, another lie. meanwhile all the evidence points to him. there are bloody contact impressions that showed he carried his wife out of his daughters room, even his own PAID criminologist agreed with the govt. he's going to die in jail.
@stackleft Send me by email the court transcripts of the civilian trial, and explain why the Army exonerated Dr. MacDonald. Until is see all the FACTS, I will not change my mind. One more thing, it was later proven that drugs were being smuggled inside the body cavities of dead Viet nam G.I.s and THAT has been covered up. and THAT civilian Judge is High on the suspect list. What say you to that?
@williamwagener The Army let him go cause all the evidence had not been reviewed. Once the FBI looked at his top they showed that the top was torn while it was still. They proved that his wife's blood was on his top BEFORE it was torn. They proved he carried his wife out of his daughters room in the bedsheets. He failed a polygraph that his defense team hired, His PJ fibers were found UNDERNEATH his wife's body. He's 100% guilty. He's just a great liar.
@williamwagener The army held an article 32 hearing - it's the military equivilent to a grand jury. It's not a trial. Get it? Trial = Court Martial; Grand Jury = Article 32.
Helena Stokeley was a pathetic drug addict who would confess to anything! This show conveniently ignores all the other evidence against MacDonald. That psycopath is guilty as sin !
@steveinchelsea IF Dr. MacDonald was so "guilty", why did the first trial exonerate Dr. MacDonald. And why are there DRUGS still be smuggled in to that bases via the military. It is NOW epidemic in that area. and you can't blame Dr. MacDonald who has been locked up, and the fact he was himself almost killed seems to escape you.
@williamwagener He didn't have a "first trial". He had an Article 32 hearing,: that's just a military procedure (like a grand jury) to see if they had evidence to go forward with a court-martial. At that time they did not. It was not a "not guilty" verdict. He was not "almost killed"; he had superficial wounds easily self inflicted by a surgeon. And as for DRUGS, as his father-in-law, Mr. Kassab, pointed out, nothing was taken from the deug cabinet - it was full of drugs and syringes, contd
I was an Army officer living one block away from the MacDonald residence at Ft. Bragg. The Army CID made a mess of the investigation, never proved a motive or guilt, and freed MacDonald. I also personally knew Jerry Potter, who wrote "Fatal Justice". I believe MacDonald is innocent, and should be released.
He was an enraged husband who beat & stabbed his family to death in a drug induced rage, and that is that .what's so hard to believe? They proved it almost 30 years ago! Just to be safe, new DNA results were released in 2006 proving that Helena & Greg were never at the scene of the crime, but the limb hair clutched in his wife's hand was the killers, guess who's hair it was? McDonalds!!!!!
1. Claims she went to his apt. 2 weeks prior to the murders and they had sex. Don't you think he'd remember that and recognize her?
2. Claims that when they first arrived, they talked to him for ~8 minutes and he agreed to make a call to get drugs, but tried to call MPs instead. Nada about this in his statements. Don't you think he'd remember this?
3. Mica has never stated the woman he saw was Helena. A case unknown. Etc., etc.
it doesn't matter if she was near the house. all the matters that what was found inside macdonalds apartment, not outside. and it was proven in a cout of law that madonald carried his wife from his daughters bedroom and back to the master bedroom..oh yeah...there was his footprint in his wife's blood going out of his daughters room. i could go on and on...his story just didn't match up with the evidence that was found in his house.
In case you're interested, I've posted a lot of material about the MacDonald case in the comments section of the 1st Stoeckley video, also on YouTube. I would love to hear Gunderson try and answer/address some of the questions/issues I mentioned if you ever interview him again.
Gunderson is ridiculous. He's twisting facts to serve his own purposes. Helena's many "confessions" don't even match each other. They also don't match the other "confessions" Gunderson mentions, and don't match MacDonald's version of events. One day Helena would claim to be involved, the next day she would say she wasn't. Mica reported seeing a woman, not a woman in a "wig." Also, the investigators did not " ignore" JM's hippie story; they checked for weeks and found nothing.
That is true about her changing statements, but what does NOT change is the cops report SEEING her there at the corner and her being a drug pedler, and satanic.
Mica reported seeing a woman, not Helena (and Mica himself believes MacDonald is guilty). And Helena was a mess; mental illness, desperate for attention, etc. But more importantly, all evidence points to MacDonald. He is a dangerous sociopath and is right where he belongs. Gunderson is either just looking for attention or he is one of the most gullible "investigators" in history.
I grew up half an hour from Ft Bragg where the MacDonald murders occured. This case came up often in conversation. Spending the weekend with a childhood friend, relative paid a visit to her family. He was the postman for the MacDonald's. They had a dog that barked and tried to attack anyone who came near the house. The day before the murders, the dog was gone. He never heard why. What happened to that little dog that loved his family so much? It haunted him over a decade later.

How do you explain the confession by Helena, and the fact
that testimony under oath, that policeman gave that she was
there near the house, with NO KNOWN BUSINESS to be there.
williamwagener 2 years ago
A lot of what she claimed is obvious bull.
