The turbo isn't really that big, just a large compressor cover. The inducer is only 54mm, while a 30r is 57mm. A 16g is about 48 mm. I made the manifold and MIG welded it in my garage. It just went 10.5@129 in my auto car, making it currently the quickest hx35 :)

SlntdJ is the one with SL-R in the garage and who took the video. 2.5" IC piping. I may sell the manual car since this setup is now in my auto chassis. I would never sell the turbo setup though, works perfectly with the stock stall.

I made the manifold with 1-1/4" sched. 40 mild steel elbows and a MIG. At the time of the video I didn't have a wastegate on the car and had to let off at 25 psi. There is a 38mm tial on it now with a divider all the way to the base of the valve so spool is damn near the same. It's seen 11.2@129 on 25 psi and street tires and never made it to the track at it's current 30psi.

Peepers, who made that manifold for you? Were you running the internal wastegate here? I don't see one. How is the new setup working out? The thrifty side of me is very curious how the single wastegate is working out for you on the twin scroll.

Dodge garage modded.  Bottom port is open to atmosphere so it will hold whatever psi but slowly letting off will cause it to surge; especially at low rpm.
