OH, I do have a question, What's the name/artist of this song?
You might have a crappy copy of it. Should be 967 KB and should be in japanese, then you have the free-version with "multiplayer"...for lack of a better term. Trying to crack newer copies might make it hang like it's doing for you. I think it's '1.2something-something-Beta' for the free one.
One thing I notice is that you're making his pectorals too rounded and smooth -- they make him look female. I'd work on squaring them off.
Also you don't appear to have a definite light source, which makes the overall painting seem a little plastic. Otherwise it's great!
