i think this is one of they're most beautiful songs. it just has a soft sound to it which is melancholy but also happy. at first it was never really one of my favourite songs on the album, but these days i love it :D

@lxm7 well, have you personally tried marijuana? i'm of the opinion kids should avoid it, but I didn't try it until I was 23(28 now). It transformed my life in such a positive way. It made me a more empathetic person and more appreciative of everything good in life. But, the best part, by far, was the creative influence. I had always written music and done art. It's what I live for. And marijuana was a creativity catalyst with no equal.

@lxm7 There are so many harmful drugs. Alcohol is legal. Addictive prescription narcotics are used way too frequently. And cigarettes kill hundreds of thousands. Marijuana isn't physically addictive whatsoever. I smoked semi-daily for years, and then quit for a few months with no side effects at all. Marijuana isn't toxic; you cannot overdose. People always talk about how marijuana isn't dangerous, and that's true. But..it's also immensely positive in so many ways. I'm certainly grateful for it.

@avedic i agree with keeping kids away from it until 21, this is where according to survey it can affect the person with behavioural disorders most likely. I've had many a magic moment on weed, especially when writing music, but it hits that glass ceiling for me now and just makes me paranoid. I guess i started it too young, but its just its overhanging affects months after that burned me and creates more confusion than anything else.( now 24 started 16 i think?)

@avedic and @Derek019 its a very subjective topic as drugs can affect everyone differently at different points in their life. my research well, i like to know what history has served us, i just don't tend to use it to levy a point when individual experience and opinion is in discussion. maybe i should have been more specific in my obnoxious statement. weed is the only drug thats given me panic attacks, confusion and mood swings, e's, ket, acid, coke, dmt, anything else has been a blast.

@lxm7 well, sorry to hear that lol...really. I've had paranoia on weed to be sure...but it's always been something I needed to go through. It's paranoia about things I had been repressing. Getting it out is good...for me that is. Cocaine was far and away my favorite drug ever. I loved it. Luckily, it's so expensive and hard to find that I only did it three times or so. I'm quite jealous you've tried DMT. That's definitely a life experience I have to try.

@lxm7 listening to your song now. i always comment on music as i'm listening to it and as it goes. i like the chilled out feel at the beginning. sophisticated little chord progression too. i also like the almost muted thump of the kick. adds power without being harsh. that 2:30 bit and on is cool. especially after building that main theme for so long. i like the 3:28 warbly bass. i gotta try something like that sometime. well, great song! fits the photo you used to a T. so long....

i think chemicals are just a short cut to a place in ones mind. we can already get there without any cheating...i suppose perceptions seem distorted in comparison to sober states but thats becuase your sober more often...for most. its all about utility, they exaggarate or enhance finesse elements, and its whether you can put it to good use and build on alterior reflections for a well rounded view. and having great mates around to share and collaborate this with. ....
