iv started testing and i foud out that the 2 wite wheels have round holes in the middel
is this correct? cus i dont want to distoy my own wheels, i now have made a smal disign so it could be fitted into a small chesna or something of that sise.
@tomadopat That is correct. Those two white rims have a round hole in the middle, instead of the cross hole. LEGO also has this part in a wide range of other colors, but I didn't have any on hand for this project. I put this project together quick and didn't feel like ordering any parts. If this were to go in a project, I'd build a better frame too, since this one sags a bit. I just threw it together as an experiment more than anything.
Your Cessna sounds like it would be a fun project.
@Cribs00 It does produce a bit of thrust, and the thrust can be reversed by changing the pitch of the blades. It isn't much, but it's enough to feel with your hand. Real props have a twist to provide even thrust throughout the length of each blade, and using flat LEGO blades makes for a horribly inefficient prop.
@tomadopat Thanks! Are you referring to contra-rotating props with variable pitch? That is something I've been contemplating, but it would be pretty difficult to build.
@dluders, that's the plan! I've got the wing fold mechanism sorta figured out, but I've got a few other projects I'm working on before I really get going on an Avenger.
That is AWSOME!!!!!!! that makes me jealous

If you ever put this into a Lego Technic Grumman Avenger model aircraft, it will be awesome!
