uh yes u need some work... arms bent a litle more and ur wrists need to come closer and more erect! sit up straight and ur seat needs to be stronger.. relax ur posting stop humping the air. get a training bra too! and during the canter u need to sit and not stand up in ur stirrupsssssss poor horse thanku and gudnite
just a couple things that I noticed could be improved
1. your hands are really far apart, at a dressage clinic I was at last month I was told they should be the same width apart as your bit
2. Sit down a little more in the canter, make a "scoop" motion
3. Bring your shoulders back, and your head up. you looked slightly hunched over
4. try to bend your elbows a little more, and bring your hands back, they were really far in front of you. keep your thumbs up.
other than that, great job!

(This is my [Allymiluv's] new account.)
Oh, please.
I asked for critique, not to be attacked.
1. That's not necesarily me standing up in my stirrups, that's my 'half-seat', where I get off my horse's back so he moves more forward underneath me.
2. Oh, god. I am not 'humping the air'. That's a good working post.
Before you critique someone as harshly and rudely as this, I'd like to see how good of a rider YOU are.
Please.
Don't waste my time being immature.
