He went to prison, and as far as I know he's still there. Jason and Elizabeth had a convo about it a few years back. I hope they bring Tom and Faison back now that JJ is back! So many awesome clips to use.

This entire rape storyline was truly unforgettable.
Everything from how they tried to solve who the rapist was, how they tied this into "Laura's Rape", and most of all how this tragedy blossomed into the most genuine and beautiful romance between "Lucky & Elizabeth".
His face when she tells him....wow. JJ does so much with his eyes alone. Becky the same thing. I will forever love these two, even now, I love them. I hope Lucky and Elizabeth make it in the end. Watching them talking about building a house this week was so hard to watch. jonobecky made a really cute mvid, have you seen it?
You know what else strikes me about this? Lucky standing up for Elizabeth to Tom's face, and then leaping in and grabbing the gun. Lucky the cop (the character as he's been written for the past 10 years) can't catch a criminal, and has not once come to Elizabeth's rescue (it's always been Jason). Such a shame what the writers did to this character. Lucky should have stayed MIA until JJ was ready to come back to the role. He is the only true Lucky.
Would this not be a good idea for the show to bring the real Elizabeth back, make the reason for the way she has been acting for the last several years the result of not coming to terms with her rape, thinking she is not worthy of Lucky because she feels guilty in her subconcience, that would explain the way she has been slutting around, she does not feel worthy, make her go into therapy and return the Liz we used to love not the tramp.
Becky rocked this scene, of course, she was amazing throughout, her and Jonathan were magic. There hasn't been another romance, another couple, or a friendship like the one these four characters shared, I want this back so much.

Emily was modeling for a short period of time, Tom was the photographer. He photoshopped the pics to look like she had posed nude, and blackmailed her because she was a Quartermaine. This is how the 4 musketeers started they were trying to nail the blackmailer. He also raped Liz and she found out when they found out that Tom was the blackmailer.
I bet if Jonathan Jackson never would have left the show then him and Liz's storyline would be completly different than it is today...the chemsitry between the two of them was great...the newer lucky isn't that great with liz...
I don't understand why he left. It's not like JJ is really doing anything besides...being a daddy now. I mean he didn't really 'take off' into better things job wise if that was his intention for leaving.
maybe he thought he could do better doing other work...I see that with a lot of soap actors...they are great hits on the soap and then think they will be famous doing something else but they end up flopping out..
