This is actually really easy, without your socks pulled up, as the ball sticks to the shin as long as your foot is curled up enough, just saying :L

This isn't an amazing skill. I can do it even with the frontroll. The trick is to have bare legs, and press it against your leg with you foot.

its really not that hard. You just have to use the insteps or the point of your foot (depending on the size of the ball) to push the ball against your shins'. Doing this will wedge the ball in between your instep or the point of foot and your shin

Its actually very simple if you can balance it on your foot. then just press to your shin (probably wont work in high socks) and it should stick. After seeing this< i tried it once and got it. Its very simple but people are dumbfounded when you do it.
