is there a cockpit like for Senjou no Kizuna? Not necessarily like the 180 degree view screen like you said in the info but are the pilot like controls still there?

No, there's no cockpit for this Gundam game. It's set up just like any other arcade fighter, like Street Fighter or Tekken. - Alty
