i collect white scars aswell but i've been a WH40k geek for ages, your painting is really good but some parts need upgrading.

looking good ! maybe you can spray them black and then white from above? that way you get a deeper shadow color

no it would be a waste of paint and is you do it correctly the white paint will go over the black and would make any difference

Priming is not just for a color. It is also so that the paint has something to adhere to.

oh yeah, sorry 'bout the shaky camera. Our cam recorder's memory card can't connect to any computer. So i have to use this still camera which sort of distorts my voice. lol
