This is the hardest game of Super Nintendo, and ta between the 10 toughest in the world, it is very hard to pass this stage with two players, even at the end, it is virtually impossible, so far only managed to pass this phase with a player , 2 and could never ever see anyone who could also ...

Battletoads was an alright series, I wish it had more brawling than platforming though. I think the only Battletoads game I really liked was the arcade Battletoads game. Such a fun game, if you haven't tried the arcade Battletoads, you definitely should.

The end of this level needs perfect concentration as well as the 6th stage. Anyway, I've beaten this level in my childhood with extremely some days practice, but I didn't have the will to beat the 6th... This game was the hardest in my life without doubts. I still don't understand why they made it so difficult.

@alkotas the level of difficulty was the safasfaction in clearing games back then before fancy CGI cut scenes were around. I used to love this game and recently found my old SNES in the attic but only one game in it , so i have sworn to find all my old favourites on e bay n start collecting again. They just dont make games like they used to

this level and the level like this on battletoads one was the only reason me and my fam did not get further in that game. We enjoyed playing the few levels we did play though

Just played through the whole game, think this is the easiest one in the whole series. The NES-version is the best.

Ok Ive been trying this one for some time... Not fair that it forces you to start from the beginning, at least after gameover. You need to learn the pattern and that takes 1000s lives.. I cant pass the last part of this, I can go the other ones without dying!

i think the story should've progressed(as in no gameover) after this level, once u reached ur last life.

And instead after u beat the game, given u a 99% ending.

CUZ I MEAN i don't know anyone who's beaten this stage more than once, let alone the whole entire game.

I still got the game ;D I can come further the nthis Im stuck between Snake Level and the Chase part. i came only 2 times in lvl 4 but either i pressed wrong button and slowed down and got sawed in half :S darn hard lvl this in i always shoot in the laugh and mainyl crash by laughing into a wall. XD and with a friend we did soem stunting for fun but then we kept collapsing in the first walls

And wow, after watching the second half of that video (instead of just, you know, bitching about the game), does it ever get brutal. I felt badly for you because I could see you getting frustrated, and then you seemed to have had a breakthrough at that last life, ready for a dramatic win, but, no.

Amazing how badly they butchered a catchy tune in this version of the game (you really can't call it its own game) with just a few changes.

I was such a big Battletoads fan back then, I refused to admit this game sucked. 'Cause you know, it was Battletoads. Just two stages of actually "battling" anything, but it's still Battletoads. Yep.

actually this level isnt THAT hard. if you memorize everything, of course ;) when i was 9 i never passed this level, but now i can even get through it without dying once. the only tricky part is the last, because you have to pass the walls very close, otherwise the next one wii smash you.

but still a pretty hard game, never passed level 5
