i own for a few weeks a p5151 but i was crashing at start and break one wheel complet out. now i fly a alpi poineer200 with no problems but ... the warbird feeling in the p5151 was great... take care and allways happy landings greetings ralf +urbansoldier+
Nice plane! How long did it take you to build? How fast will it go in level flight with the Hirth 90hp engine? I've heard other 5151's max out at about 85mph or so. Great to see another Loehle flying. Thanks for sharing!
I did new painting, Engine and Instruments.

I bought it at 90% in 1994 at Kissimmee airport and install the Hirth engine and accesories in Mexico. Flying nice since then. Max 90mph. THANK YOU
