  • without a doubt the greatest d&d episode of all time! maybe the greatest of all cartoons espisodes!

  • 2:06 had a very nice portion of the song. I find myself replaying it many times. :P If only the entire song was based on that piece.

  • Yes, it did. I like that part, too.

  • You have to see "the end" of this one - I know what really happens (rare awareness for this following)

  • the next time use music from rammstein, juno reactor or immediate music.

  • I'll check those out. Thanks.

  • um "cool" isn't exactly how i'd discribe this scene...

  • I guess it's like loosing an earring. Maybe the other one is on the back seat of some guy's car somewhere :-D ..Thanks for vid!

  • Was there any particular reason he had only one horn on his head? Lol.

  • None that I ever learned. I think it's cool. Makes him unique. Makes you wonder why only one. :) Did his master grant him only one? Did he lose one between the sofa cushions? Is it stuck up his....? Where is that other horn??

  • kinda makes me think of Diablo2, where you can find an item named "Diablo's Horn". Considering Venger is this serie's "Diablo" (devil)... I THINK WE FOUND THE MISSING HORN!

  • @RanaKane why did you cut out the part with tiamat and show how she brought venger to the grave yard. that was always my favorite part.

  • @slimithy12 I . . . have no idea. :-) Never thought about it. Sorry 'bout that.

  • @RanaKane lol, it was a rhetorical question but thanks for responding anyway and thanks for the upload too. with or without tiamat its still great.

  • @slimithy12 Thanks. But the more I think about it, I should have included that, if only to show how he got there.

  • it was learned in one episode===his sister had the other one

  • @Catuveluni Probably lost it when he fought one of many fights with Tiamat the dragon.

  • @Highlander01 if i remember correctly they say tiamat almost killed him once and thats how he lost it, or maybe i just dreamt that up as a kid.....oh knows.

  • *blink* The pattern that ricocheting arrow makes is a pentagram, hide it, the right-wingers will attack!

  • "Bring it on!" a famous leader once said. ;)

  • Then go find the episode. It was titled "The Dragons Graveyard." I think it's available in DVD boxed sets now. The cartoon comes on Toon Disney's Jet-X I think, so you might catch it there. In my description, I made it clear this was not an episode. The first words in my description are "Just a fanvid based on..." I don't post whole episodes. Never will. Good luck in your search.

  • i would like to see the episode instead of the a musc video, sorry, but this really was a great episode, thanks for the dnd video but episode would be better

  • Great stuff. Alway good memory of that episode. I agree the choice of music is great.

  • freaking brillant. This was great, a wonderful use of music and footage. Also good to see Ven get his ass kicked.

  • Thank you so much! So glad you enjoyed it. Really does make it all worthwhile. :)

  • hey you did good, just had to say it.

  • "Happy music" they're going to get home… Or not!

I liked the bit where SD appeared through the ice and Vengy got really annoyed - The music and picture complimented each other just perfectly.

The music and the episode go really well together for the whole vid and I liked the ending: Seems to me that Venger is toast.

    Go you!

  • Thanks. This came so very close to being a vid based on "Dungeon at the Heart of Dawn." I had at first thought the music was better suited for that one. Then, I was like, 'wait a minute...this is so much more TDG,' and switched.

Heheh...'Venger is toast.' Yeah, I know almost everyone knows Hank doesn't do the deed, but I liked it left hangin' like that. :)

  • they actually had another change (as far as I know) the the episode The Girl who dreams of tomorrow..

  • We pretty much have the same D&D fav eps. Replace "Winds of Darkness" with "The Citadel of Shadow" and that would be my list. :)

I could definitely imagine a Mumra vid set to "Demonoid Phenomenon" by Rob Zombie, could surely apply to other villains as well. If you haven't heard that song, get it and check it out. *thumbs up*

  • Im prejudiced anyway. Dragons graveyard has always been my favorite episode. I also love the winds of darkness, dungeon at the heart of dawn, Day of the Dungeonmaster and valley of the unicorns.

The reason behind no vocals was I couldnt think of a suitable song. Your prince of Darkness would have been perfect, but you beat me to it. I never even heard of it until I saw your vid. It suited Venger to a T

  • Interesting choice of music. Nice job

  • Thanks. This vid pretty much made itself. There were so many cues that were met well enough without my having to push them. It was definitely the quickest one I've ever put together. Your Mumra vid inspired this, in a way. It made me think, hey, use a track with -no- singing. :)
