@Livenlaff I wish others like us would see it the same way. If AFGE were to win the election, being part of the AFL-CIO, TSA would be 3% of the union work force and we would be at the very bottom of the food chain and nothing will ever get done.
I am a TSO at DTW. A few years ago I was injured on the job. I asked for help from 2 organizations-AFGE and NTEU-so that I may have some help navigating the DOL process, etc. AFGE was the only one that responded. AFGE has been by my side the whole time. I recently talked to a NTEU recruiter about my case and why they didn't respond. Their response was "Without a contract, we can't help." AFGE didn't offer excuses. When my job was threatened, when I was mistreated, AFGE helped. Thanks AFGE!
AFGE leads the way again while the other guys wait and watch. Who would ever vote for a group who just waits and watches? AFGE the union of ACTION !!!!!

I am a TSO at LAX I asked both unions to help me with a PDD AFGE jumped on it right away the other union delayed.
