Doug Fieger was the lead singer of The Knack ("My Sharona"). He died of lung cancer, sadly, in February 2010 at age 57. This song is a masterpiece between the music, wonderfully cryptic lyrics, and of course the MT's performance. Wore out my vinyl copy of Brasil years ago, and was pleasantly surprised to find a remix of this song, the best on the album IMO!

heard this song today 4 the first time and went to search on YT ^^
