ZX81 was my first computer. Still got it somewhere... Worst memory of it was the wobbly 16K Ram Expansion pak. Great machine for the price at the time. All thanks to the Z80 chip.. starsky2112 can you put more ZX81 vid's up Please..
This was the reason I bought the AGF programmable joystick add on for my ZX81. Loved this game. Between this and Mazogs as my fav ZX81 game of all time ;) I actually still have it.
This was the game I played the most. My best friend at the time would sit next to me and would call out where he thought the aliens where. Thanks again!
Till this day I'm still looking for ZX81 peripherals, especially the Quicksilva ones. The EightOne emulator for Windows shows how impressive a ZX81 could be when it had the right peripherals attached. 3-channel sound and high-res graphics comes to mind.

I used to play this game on my ZX81. It was called Defense Penatrator in New Zealand.
I think my ZX81's in the basement somewhere.

Amazing game for the time. Sadly I was totally shit at it. My cumulative score was probably zero.

I remember the insert had a cheat for starting the game at the highest level (99?), you were attacked by way more ships than you could handle.

It's the sound that really builds the atmosphere on the ZX81 games.
