What length of hair do you have? Everytime i try anything my hair is so thick and heavy it just droops down again .. and my fringe is long enough to reach bottom of my nose EEP.. need a hair cut.. what length in inches or cm long for hair at front, side, top back etc do you recommend for something similar to this?

@thewolfydragon1989 3 inches. my hairs is evened out there is no crazy different lengths for top, sides, back etc. well except for my mullet which is way long.. so anyways get creative, and just keep it minimum 2 ~ 4 inches long. got thick hair just get it thinned out.

@sonicJKevin you'd better use a teasing comb, or apply gel or something for volume, 'cause the flat iron destroys your hair, even if you apply the heat protection :/. After this you can use gatsby to define the spikes ^_^ Great work by the way :)

@flegrad yeah i know, applying gel is already bad for the hair. i only style my hair twice a month lol. and i hate teasing my hair it's to much time consuming.

also this is my only tutorial that i showed using a flat iron, it was for people with wavy hair.

uhh sorry to bother you, when i twist the tips of my hair it will not straight enough. what will i use?

@necromare902 spray little bit hairspray on your index finger and use your middle, ring, and thumb fingers to gather your hair together and then apply the product you have on your index finger once it looks right. and repeat those steps all around, this should work for anyone, if you do it right. :)

@vieonoobs be straight with them, "i want anime hairstyle cut." they need to know what you're really aiming for, and once you plant that idea on their head they'll do a lot better. hairstylist have seen all kinds of hairstyles so it shouldn't be problem.

"2 inch all around, but leave my side burns and mullet a bit longer."

Thanks for making this. So really, its all in the straightener and blow drying. In one of your videos you say to spray dry hair with hair spray then dry up again? So you dont need to do that?

@2583060 nah, there's various ways to style hair. the spray & blow dry is more likely effective on people with naturally straight hair. i only do it when i'm on the rush.

@krnagami just show them a picture simple as that or ask for a faux hawk. what i use to do is I draw a picture of the hairstyle i want and i show em it or point one out from those hairstyle magazines. now a days i cut my own hair
