I am a Methodist but I consider Rabbi Heschel to be a holy man. His book "Man is Not Alone" is very inspirational.

I think of him being a modern prophet. The above book can be a roadmap for the modern person in search of a personal experience with the Lord for folks from all faiths.

@RiaKentucky I was Conservadox before I came to faith, He was a good speaker, prolific author, and a Mensche. The problem with you Methodists (and all liberal 'christians'), is that You do not only understand that it is in Christ alone, that we are saved and declared righteous. ONE WAY TO G-D, CHRIST JESUS! @RiaKentucky Did Heschel make a death ved confession that I do not know about? No one will enter heaven if they are not saved. We all stand guilty, the only way to heaven is to accept the all atoning sacrifice of Christ Jesus. By his death we are considerd righteous, not by Torah observence, or observence to eligion, only by Jesus! You are not saved either, as you do not accept what te wrod of God teaches! You need to repent!

@RiaKentucky Praise the LORD Jesus Christ that just because you think someone is in Heaven, doesn't make it so. If you theory was true, than idolaters, sexually immoral's, and others who are not part of His Kingdom, and as we know from Scripture they will not inherit God's kingdom! I am not a self hating Jew, if that were the case I would not be going into Jewish ministry. Chris is quite clear, He's th Way, the Truth, & the Life, no one comes to the Father except by Him (John 14.6)!

@HistoryLubber Read 1 & 2 Timothy, especially 2 Timothy 310-17 wher it states that all Scripture has 'profit for correcting' in other words there is no fallicy to be found in it.
