It's amazing to see that one big bug in MMO's, which is having to carry, for example, a pick to be able to do mining, is actually an issue in a recent game called Skyrim... It bugs me, since I'm playing a spellcaster which can't carry crap :P

@MrLegaroth definitely for MMOs, but i'd say because Skyrim is an 'RPG it's trying to be realistic. personally i can't stand the entire encumbrance mechanic either tho =)

every now and then you mention something that is an issue or an inconveniance in most mmos and i suddenly think... guild wars 2, crafting being one example... guild wars seems to answer to most problems that plague most existing mmos...

@wodka450 when i'm playing off camera i use them exclusively. for my Lets Plays, i 'click' so that my viewers can see exactly what i'm doing.

They must have listened to you with the appearance tab, I bought a collectors edition when i started to play and put the armor they sent me in the wardrobe as it was better to look at than to wear.

Just an fyi, appearance tab is in the alpha shard now and should be live once patch 1.2 comes out, i believe a dungeon finder tool is coming in 1.2 as well.

@sambonz yep helped alot, i cant play yet because i got ce ed and the guy at the counter said it comes with time to play (30 days), i told him that i wanted a time card but he insisted that i didnt need one, now i have to wait another week to buy one because im sick -.-

@JohnReviewer112 if you put your payment info in now, you won't be charged until 30 days passes by. if you cancel your sub prior to the end of the 30day period, you won't be charged the next month's sub fee either. also, the 30 day period won't begin until you actually log in to the game =)

@sambonz what!, i try to login to rift and it says You are not authorized to play this game. (Error #2002) do you \know why this is?

@JohnReviewer112 yup that's an account authorisation error. there can be a few things that can cause it, but the main reason is that you haven't entered your payment information against your account, through their account management page. make sure you log in to your account on their website, enter your Rift CD Key, and enter in a form of payment. save all that, and log out of the site, then try to log into the game again. if that doesn't work (and it should) contact customer support to fix =)

@Sambonz How was the weekend? Funny thing is I keep getting e-mails regarding a Rift account. Even though I do not have one I know their phishing scam e-mail. lmao I might head back to playing Star Trek Online fo my mmo fix. So I can try my hand at making some missions in the foundry. One thing I used to do was make some custom content in Neverwinter series. Was time consuming and addictive at times.

@sambonz not just modules, but spells, feats and presitge classes. nearly had some of my stuff accepted by the players resource consortium. lost all the work i did, i learnt my lesson from that always back up any projects.
