@StupiditySpreads Actually the Captain Marvel you refer to is NOW a DC character, but was originally a Fawcett character. He was HUGELY popular, but then they stopped the title. Marvel then came up with a character named Mar-Vel, He became their Captain Marvel. Since then Marvel has had a copyright on the name & you can find DC Captain Marvel under the title of Shazam. The word he must utter in order to become earth's mightiest mortal. Hope this helps.
