Oh you've got the nicer, more realistic version. I have the same book, just a plastic, americanized version. lol You can't really buy these anymore. There is one on ebay, and it's 114 dollars so far.

Well as I understand... the mage Clow Reed was Half japanese and half britain so I think that is the reason of why the cartds are in english.... but I think that so don´´t trust me very well hehe

Season 1/2

It's about a girl who finds a book of 52 cards with magical powers and accidentally lets them go. Following that, she has to retreive them and become the new owner.

The reincarnation of Clow Reed, creator of the cards and best magician of all time, puts her through tests to make her use the cards and turn them into Sakura Cards. So she can learn to use her own magic. I.E. The power of the Stars. Not the moon and the sun like the one clow uses.

1st Movie: Set in Hong Kong and somewhat not related to the story, but she gets The Arrow and we meet Li's family...

2nd Movie: MUST SEE!!! Complete resolution of the story and the conclusion of the Shaoran X Sakura love story...:)

Of course, the above 4 plot outlines are EXTREMELY brief. Along the way she meets rivals, Li, allies, Yue and Kero, and of course, the whole series is wonderfully animated.
