It all looks great and cooked perfect if you ask me. Hopfully the seafood came from Dockside N' Duck.

@JuicyFruitSweeT90 Yep, with softshell crabs you can eat the shell. They're the best when they're fried like this! And no, they aren't baby crabs.

tuna looked over-cooked... the sushi looked as if it had too much rice. everything else looked great

hmmmm, not sure if i agree about the tuna. a quick searing, but still nice and red in the middle?! looks pretty amazing to me! same with the oysters and softshell crabs...
