I loved this scene. It is so moving and realistic. Lane acts like a real married couple. Cane is devoted to Lily and his is continuously loving and supportive. DG and CKH are the dynamic duo. They are simply the best.

ITA Lily looked pretty today. I am amazed at the Cane and Lily's display of Faith on the show. First Cane prayed before his wedding, now Lily. No one on Y&R struck me as deeply religious other than Paul's brother. I loved that she prayed from Psalm 23. Nice touch
Stylequeen1987, you make a good point. Just a few months ago, the storyline was heavily about Cane and his secret identity and not so much about Lily. So you are right, it's good that she's getting a story of her own - kind of balances out.

Clearly to me the focus is not Lane at this point. For me naturally Lily would communicate with others that loved Colleen. Lily had her moments with the others purely for s/l purposes imo. Beyond this point, I have read will be more Lane centric (hooray!). Spoiler----in the month of October Lane will renew their vows ;). I say be patient and better things are to come.
I understand what the posters are saying about Cane getting less screentime. Lily has been in a lot of scenes lately with other people, i.e., Colleen, Tracy, Billy and Mac. Cane's scenes are just with Lily. He'll say something like, "I'll give you two some privacy," and then he's gone. Lily's cancer storyline has given her a lot of material to work with. Cane right now doesn't have an independent story from Lane. I like Lane but I miss his days at Chancellor. He, too, needs a b-storyline.
Oh personally I have no problem with Cane playing a supporting role right now because he just had a very big storyline that was mostly him. This is CK/Lily's turn. No problem with that but even then their scenes weren't this short.
Staceysl833, Neil AKA Kristoff won't be seen for 3 more months. Y&R is supposed to be cutting back the airtime of some because of budget cuts. Why he has to be cut for 3 months is beyond me! He's a vet and it's shame. I suspect that Devon is suffering the same fate. Why aren't others being given less screen time like this. It doesn't even make sense to not see him considering how sick Lily is. Malcolm is coming back and I wonder if they are trying to give Neil and or Devon the boot.

MrShadows, Cane doesn't want Lily at the hospital because of her condition. She took a risk going the other day. Cane is really looking out for her well being. As for Lily being on more than Cane, I don't understand that statement because lately they're always together in their house. I think right now other s/ls have taken precedent over showing Lane, but I think the amount of airtime for our couple is about to change for the better.

If the girl is trying to beat her cancer like she told Colleen, then the hospital is one of the last places she needs to be. She has to put her health first right now or she could wind up where Colleen is right now. Get it?
He is absolutely right. She has already said her goodbyes and its not wise for her to be at the hospital. I feel the scene where colleen came to Lily in the dream was colleen's way of saying goodbye so that Lily won't have to go to the hospital. It was definitely a wise decision by Cane. He lives with Lily and only he knows what she goes through with chemo and a daily basis.
Besides Colleen only visited Lily. Colleen was close to Tracy and Billy but she go to them in a dream like she did with Lily. Colleen knew with Lily's illness that Lily shouldn't be at the hospital because of the risk to Lily's health and I think that was why Collen visited Lily at home. It was Collen's way of saying good-bye to Lily in a safe place.
