I've done a very similar mega build on my personal server, only slightly smaller, and I'll tell you right now, getting the walls done will be easy compared to the inside decoration, there will be a lot of rooms, and you will probably run out of ideas, so you should probably start asking for them, one suggestion is that you could probably make a servant's quarter in where you would make the basement, maybe a couple of levels of them just as a bit of a placeholder... But, yeah, hope it works out.
