i used the SCHOOL BUS body on mine.its the funniest thing i own for rc. not bad for RTR traxxas trucks. can i recomend the venom fireball 13.. way faster than the stock motor and only a doller more to purchase. plus they are rebuildable. 25t are junk motors.

cool track....i got a little xl5 too....fun to screw around with....i jb welded the diff up last night....positive traction is always better hahahahha....i am gonna put a brushless in it soon....it should be fairly uncontrollable....
mine cant wheelie like all videos show the stampede xl5 does!!!!!!! i have to backup and forward quick!!!!!!! also my motor acts like it has not enough torque. it turns on and off in a quick cycle if i gun it at a stop. it has a 20 or 21t pinion and stock spur. its the brushed xl5!!! i cant get it to do this and it has to have a FULLY charged battery to do offroad! someone please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and it barely makes it up anything very steep!!!!!!!!!!!
@Kpilot786457 if its an old battery, replace it. there only good for so long. otherwise try new transmitter batteries. im putting a new venom 7cell in my truck

@zackary040902 Hey zackary! Those Titan 12T motors are bad. Mine was burned every month tho. Better for you if you replace it with brushless version.
