Everyone makes inchaladas different. I make my own too. Mine are a cream sauce only on the inside?, and out. They are filled with corn, yellow onion, chicken, Jalapenos, red bell pepper and rice. And believe me i know its NOT AT ALL MEXICAN STYLE, or remoty close to mexican way> but hey all the stoners at my house love them!..lol :)

The way my mom does them is so delicious!!! This isn't the way she does them though. She makes everything homemade and got this recipe from her mother from mexico. She mostly uses mashed potatoes as the filling because it's my favorite. She fries the corn tortilla dipped in her homemade sauce. lol Me encanta!!!!
