I am a huge flyers fan and I really enjoyed the intensity he brought every night but when you look at his numbers he wasn't THAT great especially for what he was being paid which is a large reason he was traded, especially with him becoming a free agent.

Definitely, Scottie and Braydon are two of my favorite Flyers! Sure, I love Richards and Carter, but I've loved them since they were both Phantoms when they won the Calder Cup in 2005 with coach Stevens!

He's a kickass player and Nashville's loss is certainly our gain!

yeah true. however, i think he is a resctricted free agent, so the flyers can't sign him right away on july 1. however, i hate to say this, but i think we won't be able to sign him back because homer got rid of upshall to get rid of salary. carcillo is cheaper, so unless the flyers ditch someone equal to uppy's salary, the flyers can't get him back. just pray and hope a miracle happens.

hatcher makes like 3.5 mil and he will be gone bc hes too hurt to play. and we could get upshall when he becomes a free agent but i think the flyers are going to get bouwmeester.

i doubt we would get upshall back (but i really want him back) because he is a restricted free agent, which means that the Flyers can give him an offer, but with the Flyers so tight on cap space, we couldn't offer Uppy much of an offer. Phoenix could easily blow out our best offer, with all the cap space they have. Regasrding Bouwmeester, he also has a huge salary so the Flyers would have to get rid of someone expensive.

no, the Flyers need him. However, I do agree with you saying the great shot and all that. I just gave you the thumbs down because the Flyers have a lot of slower players, and they need defense. Since Upshall is also a good defensive player, we need his speed. If the flyers were to get rid of an agitator, I would get rid of Cote, just because he get too many penalty minutes, not including fights. Upshall can take over his fighting job.
