  • You need to buy whit temporary library card some drinks from scabb island bar. Buy blue and yellow drinks, mix them up to get green drink.

    Go island where competition is held, go store and buy ship horn. Go competition site and blow horn, when judge goes away pick up flags, this make you move them closer to start line.

    Now drink your green drink and start spitting contest, wait for the wind, you see it from the scarf around hips on girl in line, when it waves spit. You should win it now.
