  • its been three months, but I play high level sports, and I have been weightlifting and running, and I dont know if thats really serious. can someone help me? Im nervouse Ive permanently messed up my brain. My brain is what gets me through life.

  • @123bodawg If you are still experiencing any symptoms rest. DO NOT RETURN TO PLAY IF U R STILL HAVING SYMPTOMS. Can't stress this enough mate. Ive had 3 concussions and you must rest if you still have symptoms. Have u seen a doctor?

  • @1henryw yes, i ve stopped all activity. thanks

    ive seen like 6 doctors.

  • @123bodawg How r u getting on? I had post concussion symptoms for over two months but got over it and was able to return to my sports, running and boxing. I found an account by a former mma fighter named Jeff Joslin who had post concussion for 1.5 years but made a full recovery though obviously he no longer fights. But it goes to show if you rest properly your brain can recover :)

  • @1henryw how are you feel now, I have concussion a month ago and I still feeling foggy, headache, light sensibility, comprhension and attention problems, please are you ok now

  • @halexa28 Hey Im absolutely fine now :) My concussion was over a year and a half ago and im completely fine even been able to carry on boxing. If your haveing any problems at all after a head injury you need to speak to your doctor. Explain what happened and how you are feeling. Its really important you speak to your doctor if ur having these symptoms :)

  • @halexa28 Henry thank you so much for take you time an answer, and post the video, but the reality the literatuirte is no like the experience, yesterday I drove 2 block and I wait in line at the pharmacy, when I return home, I was so exhaust my brain was more numbnes, my muscle terdenesss, and I can say I was driven with my right side of my body, I bet this the way people have ACV cerbroum vascular feel, or stroke, God bless you thanks you for share with us

  • LOL 0:03 did he have a stroke?

  • It's been a living hell for me for these past two years. I have received 5 confirmed concussions in the past two years and probably two more that went unconfirmed. I had a tough time with school, my increased irritability, and my depression. My neurologist did not help me out one bit. Each appointment she said things would get better. They didn't until August when I met Dr. Shaefer and Dr. Duarte that I became treated for all of this. Thank god they are taking concussions seriously now.

  • The YouTube videos, the documentary "RECLAIMING YOUR LIFE" were all part of the cognitive retraining suggested by my doctors. I believe it was helpful and the response I have received from around the world has been very gratifying and I hope helpful to others.

  • thank you for the video..
