@Thomazz46 in victoria there isnt a limit for full licensed riders, learner riders are limited to bikes under 660cc, hope i helped

few things they did on the 2011 I don't like, but there are 2 things I wish my 2009 had..Black guage trim and black sub frame. Otherwise, I like the 2009 much more than the '11
