ok, got it done. Took me 3 trys to tune it right. Looks a little different but works and sounds great. I've been smoking the rice burners round town with her and sounding great doing it. ty :P
I made it. You can use a bolt with a washer welded onto the end of it. Drill a hole for the bolt near the end of your pipe and throw the baffle through there and put a nut on the end. Pretty simple. Google lollipop baffle and you should be able to find when I'm saying. There are some people who sell them, but if you access to a welder you can make one for 75 cents.
Yup, that sounds like mine. Makes most others sound weak. Did you notice a drop in the lower end torque when you did it though. I thought I did on my 03' ???
When I first did the open exhaust there was a drop in low end torque. However, after I tuned it with a lollipop baffle I got all that back. The baffle can change the sound of the exhaust slightly, but the sound difference is minimal...and worth the end result of getting that torque back.
