@hudsonkate16 Yes it can happen. In Italy there are no hospitals for mentally disabled people anymore. So usually they are quite a problem and a burthen for their family. I don't know much about this case, i know it happened near Naples, the woman is called Maria and when her family found out she was pregnant (she was not married) reacted this way.

There was a case in 2000 where Russians were making snuff movies of kids . The main guy was Dmitri Vladimirovich Kuznetsov , he was making videos to order . Some were found in Britain and that started an international investigation . Some of them were released early from prison due to overcrowding . It didn't get enough media attention at the time and loads of people don't know about it .
