i am totally unbiased. i am from the eastside. near detroit. i think Biggie overall is the best rapper of all time. his flow was undeniable and his lyrics were incredibly clever. But Pac did so much more through his music and past his music. Pac did real things with his words. i am totally unbiased. i am from the eastside. near detroit. i think Biggie overall is the best rapper of all time. his flow was undeniable and his lyrics were incredibly clever. But Pac did so much more through his music and past his music. Pac did real things with his words.
