It's the trainer's fault for not being professional enough to provide contracts. I don't see why she bothered coming to court, considering she didn't work for the money and could have just given it back without losing any work or anything.

That's why they're the only gym that hasn't gone under in this town. I hate "businesses" that want your money for nothing. It takes 5 min to sign up, but they'll sue ya if you change yur mind

I'll tell you what reeeeeeally happened, the woman with the glasses went back home and talked to her man and said I just paid 825 dollars of your hard earned money for a couple of personal training sessions.
