@fido9494 It's an episode where it has nothing to do with the original story (aka: the manga). Whatever happens in it is forgotten in the main story once in ends.

I dunno exactly why they make fillers, maybe to pay their writers perhaps? Or perhaps that the anime is catching up to the manga too fast so they need something to delay it?

@Hippohateszealots The point of fillers is to buy time for the mangakas that work on their manga. It's because the anime tends to catch on too fast because each episode of an anime has about 3000 frames, which takes up about at least a chapter and a half or so.

Why? Madara's a sadistic, and devious mastermind. Disguising his voice is a simple task for someone of his caliber. Let's not forget that the man's kept himself secluded for 80+ years, It's not a shock that he's mentally unstable. The Obito theory is already disproven.

1. The Mangekyo Sharingan is what grants an Uchiha to tame the Kyubi, something Obito's body doesn't possess.

2. It wouldn't make the least bit of sense to snatch a crushed/deceased corpse, If Madara's already in rough shape.

@rmack1205 Actually , Madara took the name Tobi which is an anagram of Obito so anyone who knew anything about the Uchihas would think he was Obito ( only Itachi knew his true identity )and Tobi`s goofy demeanor was intentionally devised so no one would suspect Madara was the one pulling the Akatsuki`s strings all along despite Pain being the official leader .

Honestly, i was hyped about the arc (despite it being a filler). We got a lady with Crystal powers, a 'lost' child with hidden powers, Team 8 (hinata, Kiba, Akimaru, and Shino), and the Three Tails all in one arc. The build up at the beginning was good (Team 8 chasing after Guren, villains after the three tails, and Naruto practicing with a new jutsu). But it all went downhill, too many characters are nerfed, the story is dragged on too long, and in the end... it was so not worth the time -_-
