I am a Cree woman. Long ago in my culture it was perfectly acceptable to be gay or bisexual. People like that were considered to be two spirited. They could choose whatever gender they wanted, or live as both. I see nothing wrong with being transgender!!

i guess there's not an entirely original "other gender", but I believe in a gender spectrum, and I know someone who prefers not to be seen as one gender or the other at all. i commented to your post because it struck me as limiting since so many people think others should be either really feminine OR really masculine, which doesn't leave a fair amount of wiggle room for those who really are in between.
