on you tube -bhature recipe in the ingredients after sugar its given 750gms chiken shinned and cut into pieces please correct the ingredients there is no need of chicken in this recipe
thank you veer ji for this recipe...i want to ask you one thing...i also make the batura same way but it does not come out spongy like we get in the market.
cant we add suji and yeast to this..suji is for like to get that different texture inside of bhatura and yeast to raise the flour more. please advise.

You do not need to add sooji. It is very important to rest the dough after you knead it.
