This one made me wince. How does someone manage to not only butterfly a shrimp BACKWARDS but then get called an expert for doing so?
Here's a tip, Guido -- slice from the dorsal side, not the ventral side, and you don't have to smash your shrimp all to hell with your knife to get it to stay flat.
And PLEASE work on your knife skills so you don't have to lay the shrimp on the counter like a bleedin' pansy.

yea they are cutco. they suck, the way cutco sharpens there knifes, it leaves the edge to thin and it chips. they suck plus they are to much $

cutco knives! it looks like either your knives need sharpening or it's just too much of a hassle to butterfly a whole pound of shrimp
