@magnuskno appearance tab will not be in TOR as it was already confirmed. They do have a option they discussed a bit today in the Q&A where you can mismatch armor and have it be colored the same. or something like that.

@FallenReich13 : Actually there is no confirmation so far that there will be no appearance tab. The last info was from Juli of last year, where Jake Neri said that the feature was not in the game design at that moment, but they were listening to what fans want. Hence the 9000+ posts appearance tab thread on the offiicial forum.

@FallenReich13: Yeah, I saw the Q&A after responding, but it still doesn't say anything about appearance tabs, only that the game has a color-match system. Which is nice, but doesn't solve the clone effect at all. So an appearance tab still seems to be needed and does not seem to be explicitly denied by what was written up by Darth Hater.

@magnuskno There is no appearance tab in the beta as I asked my friend. And Bioware has stated multiple times it's not in the pipeline. So yeah the color system is the best we can get atm. Which is just as good as my friend says there is a lot of armor choices in the game already. So you can mix match and with this color matching system tune the color to your liking. Sounds just as good as a appearance tab if you ask me. I believe there is a thread somewhere on the forums about the alt tab.

@FallenReich13: Even if there is no appearance tab in the beta at the moment ( which doesn't have to mean anything... not all features will be available in the beta ), it would not hurt at all to raise awareness of fan interest in the feature with the developers.

As to the appearance tab thread on the forum, yeah, I know about it. I am one of the regular posters.
