- it is rapid steam as you do not need to wait between brew and steam and vice versa. It just has a lot of residual water in line.
- Not sure why you choose medium coffee to make 2 espresso. These are just weak flavour. You say pressing the small button is the same but it is not. you should press the smaller button twice, so you get two doses of coffee for two espresso.
I have a one concern how will the grinder cope with those dark and shine almost oily beans you have there? Most automatics will eventually clock.
